By choosing to purchase Lux Aestiva products you are subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read over these conditions prior to purchase as once items have been purchased you are agreeing to abide with these items.
 
PAYMENT AND SALES

Lux Aestiva offers many secured payment options. Please carefully select your preferred payment option at checkout, If you are experiencing any difficulties with payment please email us at hello@luxaestiva.com.
 
PRICING

Currency is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. Lux Aestiva is a registered Australian business and we reserve the right to alter/change prices at any time.
 
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We do not exchange or refund products unless they are faulty, However as you are a valued customer, if you are not happy with your product please contact us at hello@luxaestiva.com with your concerns, and we will try and come to a mutually beneficial agreement if possible.

POSTAGE

Delays caused by postage & shipping are out of our control, as such we cannot be held responsible for these delays once the package is sent, please carefully select your preferred postage method and tracking options at checkout.
Packages are usually sent out on a daily basis, if orders are received by 12PM AEST then we will try to send out via your selected method of shipping that business day, orders received after 12PM AEST will be sent out the next business day.
If you are have not received your package in a reasonable amount of time, please contact us at hello@luxaestiva.com, we will do everything in our power to investigate the whereabouts of your delivery.

 

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE

Due to the COVID-19 crisis we are not offering standard shipping at this time, this is due to several countries not accepting standard shipments and major delays for countries that do accept standard shipping. (Excludes New Zealand)



FAULTY PRODUCTS

Lux Aestiva inspects all products prior to posting. If a product is found to be faulty, Lux Aestiva will replace the item. Please contact us at hello@luxaestiva.com to arrange the replacement of your faulty product. Notification of a faulty item must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. After this period we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Please do not return anything without letting us know prior. We will refund your shipping costs if the item is found faulty and we are notified within 48 hours. 
ALLERGEN CAUTION

Lux Aestiva products contain ingredients that are derived directly from nuts (ie; macadamia nut oil, sweet almond oil etc.) Please carefully read the full ingredients list for your product to determine its suitability prior to purchase. Lux Aestiva will not be held liable for allergic reactions.

LEGAL

After placing an order with Lux Aestiva you will receive an email confirming the details. Orders may be cancelled at any time due to inability to authorise a payment or insufficient stock. If a cancelled purchase has already been charged to your account we will refund your money within 7 business days. Lux Aestiva reserves the right to modify information on this website and its product listings anytime.
